Clalit (כללית)
The most widespread fund (~60% of the population). Very dense network, including peripheral areas.

Maccabi (מכבי)
Renowned for its digital services and specialist network. Very popular with Olim.

Meuhedet (מאוחדת)
Recognized for the quality of its family doctors and service in major cities.
- Good quality / cost ratio
- Strong network in urban centers
- Supplement: Meuhedet Adif
Leumit (לאומית)
The smallest of the four, often the least expensive. Smaller network but adequate in major cities.
- Lowest contribution
- Suitable for tight budgets
- Limited network outside major centers
Enrolling and understanding your coverage
Enrolling in a Kupat Holim
Free and open from day one. Change allowed once a year (January, effective +6 months).
- Documents: Teudat Oleh or Teudat Zehut
- Certificate issued immediately
- 2-month waiting period for certain specialist care

Israel's equivalent of emergency services, operating 24/7 nationwide.
